McMor| ris a negro woman, has just filed a suit in the common pleas court of j Lexington county for $5,000 against J. S. Wessinger, president of the Bank | of Chapin and well known merchant of that town. The case is the first of the kind ever brought in the circuit court of this county, and its outcome will be of interest to all automobile owners, not only in this section but throughout the entire country. iiie plaintiff alleges that on or about April 20 the plaintiff was near the town ! of Newberry, in the State of South !
