SLIGHT SHOOKS IN CHARLESTON. Three Distinct Earthquake Waves Felt-Recalls Bad Shake of 1886. The State. Charleston, Apri 19.--A shock of earthquake was felt here this morn in-.r ns elsewlhere along the Atlantic seaboard and itrough this section, causing some alarm among those w'h)o experienced it, but the seismic disturbance. was not a serious one and it Jid no damage, except to scare a few timlid people. The shock occurred at 3.30 o'clock and was more dist.inctly felt at -Sum merville.
