STATE GOOD ROADS ASSOCIATION TO PIET, President F. II. layatt Appeals for a Ful Attendance at the Approaching lect ing January 19th. The State I have asked the cities and towns of the State to send a representativ( to meet with the county officials it our State good roads associatioi which meets here on Tuesday, t' 19th inst., at 12 o'clock in a, county court house. In cas< some of them have not receivec the invitation I hope they will tak< this article as such. I am now satisfied that we wil have the largest attendance tha1 has ever been held in the State ot the good roads question. I am re ceiving letters by the dozen fron almost every section of the State saying that their county and towr will be represented by leading busi. ness en.
