Circuit Court Sale. State of South Carolina, County of Orangeburg. In Common Pleas. Frank Way, et Ol., Plaintiffs, against Gilbert Berry Way, et al., Defendants. By virtue of the judgment in the above-stated* case, I will* sell,'at pub lie auction, at Orangeburg Court House, during the legal hours for sales, on the first Monday in Nov ember, 1909, being the first day of said month, the following described real estate: All that tract or parcel of land situate, lying and being in Willow Township, in the County and State aforesaid, containing two hundred and eleven (211) acres, more or less, and bounded on the North by lands of W. C. Hutto; on the East by lands of Phillip S. Hutto; on the South by Edisto River and on the West by lands of W. C. Hutto. All that certain piece, parcel or ? tract of land situate, tying and be ing in the County of Orangeburg and State aforesaid in the Fork of the Edisto, containing thirty-three (33) ? acres, more or less, and bounded on the North and West by the estate of Henry Glover; on the East by lands of R. F. Way and on the South by Wesley Morgan and estate of Mount. ?ALSO? All that certain other lot or parcel of land, with the dwelling house and other outbuildings thereon, sit uate, lying and being in the City of Orangeburg in the County ond State aforesaid, fronting on Green street. In said city and measuring on said .Street fifty feet and running back from said Green Street two.hundred and sixty feet, more or less, and bounded by lands now or formerly of W. K. Crook and F. H. W. Briggman and Mary Prescott and by Green Street a foresaid. ?ALSO? Ail that certain other tract or par cel of laud situate, lying and being in the County of Orangeburg and State aforesaid, containing three acres, more or less, and bounded on the North by the Ninety-Six Road, and on all other sides by lands of the said R. Frank Way. ?ALSO? All that certain lot or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the County of Orangeburg, in said State in the town of Norway and measur ing on the front fifty feet and run ning back two hundred and twenty feet and bounded on the front by the South Bound Railroad, running from said railroad to Second Street and by lots of George Hughes, William Phil lips, Sturkie and Peter Gibson. ?ALSO? All that certain other lot or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the City of Orangeburg in. the County of Orangeburg and State aforesaid, containing one acre, more or less, and bounded South-west by Calhoun street and measuring thereon two hundred and thirty-five feet, more or less, to stake corner; on the North west by lands of Mrs. Emma Julia Rlggs and measurin% thereon one hundred and seventy four feet, more or less; on the Northeast by lands of J. The following tracts of land sit uate in the said County and State will be sold by their plats which will be exhibited at the sale: That tract of land In Zlon Town ship, containing one hundred and forty-nine (149) acres, more or less, bounded North-east by the North Edisto River; South-east by lands of Lawrence G. Way; South-west by the Ninety-Six road; and North-west by the tract hereinafter described. That tract of land, in same Town ship, containing two hundred and twenty-six (226) acres, more or less, on which the homestead of R. Frank Way, deceased, is located, bounded on the North-east by the North Edis to River; on the South-east by the tract next herein above described; on the South west by the Ninety Six Road and on the North-West by lands of Samuel Butler, John Funchess and John D.
