Card, ecretary of the Rhode Island led Association of America, ung the ribbons. Parnell Mee an, local breeder, won first ockejel and pullet. W. T. Irooker. Jr., of Columbia won irsfc pen and also the huge loving up for that exhibit. A turkey anquet was heltl by the Chesterield County Poultry association, ibout 150 members and guests -ere present. After the banquet hort speeches were heard from 1. E. Adams of Charleston, udge W. H. Card of Manchester, onn., and Miss Neely, state emonstration agent. Ah the peakers congratulated the fair ssociation on having such a fine niiiuiu ui uirus itt a. county fair. Tho feature of the swine deartment was the exhibit of V. Kohn of Prosperity. Mr. .ohn's exhibit won eight first rizes and four second prizes. The cattle department had )rae of the finest exhibits that ave been seen in this part of the t-ate. Guernseys and Jerseys ere the leading classes. The home demonstration deartment and the boys' and girls' lub department were feature xhibits in farm work. These epartmentg under Miss Mary .
