Its locality, proverbial for morality, health, and frugality, recommends it to Parents anti Guardians as the place for the elucation of their daughters and wards. Out of seven hun-ired pupils who have been taught in the institution ftot a single death has occurred; and although he present year has been noteid for the preva lelice of disease throughout the coutiry, the$ has not been a single case of serious imiispusi. tion.
