The Washington Union of the 14th has the following paragraph: A gentleman arrived in this city, in the last evening's southern boat, who states that he is just from San Atonio, in Texas, and that there are 8,000 men under arms, preparing to march to the Rio Grande, to defend the rights of Texas.
