The New Postage Law.?On the first of January, 1875, tbe new postage law?requiring pre-paymont at the oflloe of publication for a!! papers sent outside of tbe County?goes into effect. Resident* of Riohland County receive their papers free of postage. Subscribers to tbe Daily Piicenix wfll, therefore, enclose the postage with their subscription, whioh will be as follows: One year, 50 oentB; six months, 25 cents; three months, 15 oents; one month, 10 cents.
