the other clay, a speaker, named Long,
responded to a loud call, and took the
stand. But a big, strapping fellow
persisted in crying ont in a stentorian
voice, "LoDg,?Longl" This caused a
little confusion; but, after some diffi?
culty in making himself heard, the
President :sucoeeded in stating that
Mr. Long, the gentleman honored by
the call, wan now addressing them.
