has a right to destroy, or in any way to mu?
tilate tho shade trees in tho city, and any in?
fringement of the ordinance in relation* there
to will bo punished by fine, as provided by
law:
"Section 15. Be it furtlier ordaitied, That if
any poraon shall cut down. kiU or wilfully
damage any troo, natural or transplanted,
growing in tho streets of Oolnmbia, or shall
wilfully destroy, injure or remove any post,
railing or box, used or orooted for protecting
such troos or the sidewalks, suoh person Bhall
