Tho Charlotte,-Columbia and Augusta Railroad Company having boon formed by the consolidation of the Charlotte and South Carolina and the Columbia and Augusta Railroad, and having executed a first and only mortgage on its entire property of 195 miles, including equip? ment, is now redeeming all the bonds formerly issued by said two companies by au exchange of its first mortgage bonds.
