Tho good people of the capital revel in autioination of the speedy erection of a fine opera house. From tho Phoenix we learn that the proposed build? ing will bo erected by the Southern Express Company, that one of tbe floors will be used os an office, and tho upper part of tho build? ing converted into an opora honre, with all the modern appliances and convenience.
