We have news from San Domingo that I the old Dominican hatred of Spain has been aroused, and a number of negro guerrilla 1 leaders have gone to Cuba, to assist in form? ing the liberated slaves into guerrilla bands, to harass and cut off the advauced posts of the Spanish foroes.
