C., November?. Returns thus far show Democratic gains iu nearly all tho Counties, but it is not generally thought the gains are sufficient to overoomo the former radical majority of 20,000. Shobor, Conservative, is certainly elected to Congress from tho Sixth District. Partial returns from the Soventh Dis? trict indicate thc election of Durham, Conservative.
