Final arrangements were signed reoently at Vienna, by virtue of which the Empress Charlotte is re? cognized universal legatee of her deceasod husband, and preserves, with her dowry, the palace of Mira mir and the Island of Lacroma. The Court of Vienna also restores to her the jointure to which she has a right by marriage contract, but which she . has given up on the accession of her i husband to the throne of Mexico.
