NIAGARA ECLIPSED.-Au excursi?n partly jft forming in Helens, Montana, to visit the falls of tho Yellowstone, ?where it is said the whole volume of the river is precipitated over a pre? cipice 1,600 feet high, and loses itself in a lake twenty-five or thirty miles in circumference, which contains an island of several hundred acres area, covered with boiling springs. On tho great Russian railroad, ope? rated by the WinatiS, of Baltimore, the cars are two stories high, the upper story being . for sleeping at night. The few bridges on the line, which are of great height, admit of this, and the plan works welL The operators of the road are principally Americans. The pedestrian statues of General Andrew Lewis and Governor Thomas Nelson, have been placed in position on the monument at Richmond, Ya. These complete the six, viz: Patrick Henry, Thomas Jefferson, George Mason, John Marshall, Andrew Lewis and Thomas Nelson. These men were giants in their days.
