Campbell has received a letter from tho United States Consul at Mata? moros, confirming reports of the fall of Ojueretaro and tho capture of Maximilian and his Generals. Mr. Marshall, Consul at Mntnmoras, has just arrived jn town. He brings no later intelligence; ho probably came on with his own despatches.
