RIS, is still at large, and is described as follows: Tall, spare-made man; grey eyes, of a peculiar look; short, thick nose; low forehead; round, lean face; somewhat hump-shouldered; black bair, with a few grey hairs; about thirty-seven years old; weighs about 140 pounds; speaks slowly, and, when speaking, twists Iiis mouth io tho right side; heavy, dark beard; baa been wounded, as well as can bo recol? lected, in the right arm, near tho elbow; with small and bony arms; wore darle coal and dark linen pant's.
