B. Levy, A.I W. H. Jones, Jr., and James A. D, 1837, as relates to the Saint Andrew's Luthe ran Church of Lexington County be, and the sam?is hereby, rescinded: Provided, That the said society be hereafter known by the name of the Saint Andrew'? Lutheran Church of Lexington County. SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this act artair be deemed a public act, and continue in force for tbe term of fourteen years. That the charter of the ferry over the Wateres River, known as Peay's Fer? ry, be, and tbe same is bereby, renewed and continued in loree from and after the passage of this act, until amended or repealed; and the same is hereby vested In D. Cureton, his executors, administrators and assigns, sub? ject to like powers, privileges and limitations ?a were formerly conferred upon the owner of said ferry by law: Provided, however, that the following rate ol ferriage only snail be charged and collected, to-wit: 8lngle passengers, 5 cents; maa and horse, 15 cents; buggy, 25 cents; one-horse wagon, 25 cents; two-horse wagon, 50 cents; four-horse wagon, 75 cents.
