BURNSIDE, Com, December 15,1869. DEAK SIB-It is with much pleasure that I write yon upon facts respecting myself. I do not know hardly how to express myself. I hare boen for the las), ten or twelve years the greatestsufferer maa could be anduve, bat more sometimes thai ethers. The complaint was the. "Kidneys" and "Bladder." I have been sometimes from twelvo to fourteen hours and wanted to make water every minute, bnt could not. Have consulted dSolora both in Massachusetts and this State, and taken pills, I m:iy say, by the quart, also liquored medi? cines; but found no relief from any, and got worse the last six months. I was so that I could scarcely get about. I could not rest night or day. It would soon have been "ali np" with me if I had not seen your advertise? ment in the Berkshire Courier, beaded "Kid? neys." I read it through, and tb ought I would try it. I purchased a bottle; bat, mind yon, I had not much? faith in it. Why sbonld I, when I had been trying so many thiogs and coat me so much ? Well, before I had taken the first bottle I felt bad; bat I finished it and got another. By the time I took half of the second I still got worse (apparently.) When I walked it seemed as if my right kidney was falling from its place, and I made up my mind It was no use trying any more. And all this time the "Buena" was doing its work, but I did not know it; so I gave it np, and wont to Hartford, on Saturday, to one of the best doc? tors in that city. He said it waathe neekof the bladder, and I should have to nndorgo an operation. He gave me medicine, and I went borne quite down-hearted. On Sunday 1 was unable tc go to church. I bad not taken of hie medicine, but on my rotura continued using the "Buohu," and in the afternoon I had a desire to make water, bat could not. About one boar after this I tried a?ain, with the samo result; bat the next time I took the ves? sel it was the same as turning a faucet and stopping it off again. It was so for three times, and tho third time there was some? thing came through the passage and struck igainst the side of the vessel. I examined it, ind it ia the ugliest stone or gravel you ever ?aw*, covored over with little pieces which col? lected together. It looks the color of a mud - turtle, and is as hard as flint.
