The Charleston Market. [FOR THE WEEK ENDING N0VEMCER 17.) THE CROPS -The early part of the past week was favorable to cotton picking, but later there was some rain and a cold change. Frost has been reported In some sections of the west ina portion of the cotton belt, and a genera sharp change may be looked for at any time, which will put a stop to any further development ol the crop throughout the cotton region. TH* RECEIPTS.-The arrivals for the week up to Friday last at the cotton ports ha - been large, and were 132.065 bales, against 106.40C* bales the wick before, and 94,103 last season. At New Orleans the receipts were 42,075 bales, In contrast with 31,711 for the week the year before. The total supplies at the cotton ports from September l, 1370, up to the latest mandates, were 678,170 huies, against. 626,133 the season previous, showing an increase of 5-.',037 bales.
