New York Rice Market. The Journal of Commerce, of Saturday, the 19th instant, says: In domestic there ls rather more doing, bat at lower prices. The receipts at the southern ports are increasing, and as me de? mand is limited, holders are offering to make con cessions. We notice sales of 250 tes, including 150 casks for export, at 5Xa6Xc for common and fancy. We quote inferior at 5Xo5X cts. This week last year the receipts were only 4515 leis than for the preceding week, and at the same tune the Interior town stocks fell off only 2551. This year the decrease at the ports, compared with last week In 24,268 bales, and at thc interior towns 83T5 besides. At New Orleans the general estimate of the year's receipts there ls one million bales. The receipts up to last night were S98.000. which would leave 102,000 yet to come in, against 95,ooo last year.
