Law? son, who winship lt to Liverpool to show what ear State caa do.. -# A PnoBABLB MURD na,-At an early boor Sunday morning a cole red man, named James Bailey, was found lying near the railroad track, about six miles from the city. His absence from his home en Saturday night tndooed a search, which resulted in his discovery. When found, be ! . van lying on the track in snob a position that the wheels ora passing train would mutilate the body. There was a terrible wound in the head, and be was quite insensible. Bailey was at once brought to the city and taken to the Boper Hospi? tal, but his injuries were mortal and ho expired aka same evening.
