AH OBSTREPEUOUS CHARACTER.-One of the moat obstreperous characters in the city is a colored fowl vender, by thc name of Henry Drain. Yesterday, he was arrested for his chronic .?ail'ox-dis rderly conduct ; and also for interfering with he Clerk of the Market, He will be up again this morning, and so will Themis Green, a colored youth, for vagrancy. Tho materials used wero kerosene oil and tallow caudles. Fortunately they did not ignite. Another attempt was made on tho night of the 31st January to fire tho storeroom of the estab? lishment of Mr. Wohltln, at the same place. Mr. Wohlkin has given informaron of the facta to tho police officers for investigation. Some one seems determined to .burn bim out.
