Of courso I refer to tho election of delegates to a Convention, in which Convention a State Con? stitution is tobo adopted and other measur a de? termined O? which are to settle our status as a mom ber of the Great Bo pu-J lie Now, in regard to tbeso nominated delegates, who are as good aa elected, some of them may bo capable of the business committed to their charge ; they are, it ?eema, a fair sample of all the dolegatea nominated throughout tho State, and it is not their fault that no other par'y has been formed and other dele? gates nominated.
