New Orleans Market. ?NEW ORLEANS, November 7.-COTTON-The market opened this morning with a moderate inquiry, and con tinned rather inanimate from the opening to the close of business. The majority of holders were evidently anxious to realize, and generally disposed to submit to conces? sions, but most buyers were reluotant to operate, pre? ferring to await further developments, and the sales were consequently restricted to 2100 bales, nine brokera par? ticipating in the business. Prices disclosed no quotable* variation, and although good staple descriptions com? manded outside figures, still the bulk of to-day's trans? actions were at rates indicating a strong tendenoy to in? side quotations. SUOAB AND MOLASSES.-Th g receipts of'the new crop are yet very small, but they are increasing gradually and comprise, anice yesterday, 113 libels Sugar, 198 bbls> and HT half bbls Molasses, mostly from the Upper Coast. Tho Sugar consists mostly of clarified. Tho demand for Sugar ia very good, but is only local, tho supplios being too s^all, asyeij tor uyera on shipment tb oporate. Good Molasses is very mo ?li in request, but common ie neglected.
