Stock to-day in first and second hands is about 20,000 basa. FLOUTS.-There is very little doing in Flour, and tho market may be sai : to he dull and heavy for almost all descriptions. There seems to be no inquiry for Flour for export, and the sales making are almost ezclnnively te the local trade. Prices are nominally unchanged, sod good Flour, the stock of which ls light, ls held with eossiderable firmness. QoAcr-Corn was in better supply to-day than for some time past, the receipts, a considerable portion of which were by water, embracing some 20,008 bushels white, and 13,000 bushels yellow. White, in consequence of the increased supply, was rather lower, but the de maud tor it WM active, ami some 15,000 bushels sold st 93o. Yellow was also in good demand at full rates; sales ware made of CO JO bushels at 78@79c. ; 1000 bushels st Soe.; and a lot of 1000 bushels very choice brought 83a ne offerings of wheat reached 3000 bushels, and sales vere reported of some 200 to 300 bushe's fair rod at $2.10 6)8.15, and of 1C00 bushels good to prime do at $2.30? 2.35. The receipts at this port during the current week have averaged 3079 bales a day, making 82,630 bales ?ince January 1, 18CC, and 626,043 bales since the commencement of tho current Cotton year, September 1.1866. The week's exports of Cotton from this port have been 8301 bales. Mr. Wm. P. Wright, in his circular for the Asia, says: "The following in a statement of the movement in Cotton at all tho shipping ports since the 1st of September last: Receipts at the ports in the United States, 1,085,000 bales; exports to Great Britain, 483.000 bales; exports to France, .01.000 bales: exports to other foreign ports, 18,000 baies; total exports, 552,000 bales; stock on hand, 569,000 bales. Of which during thc past week included in the above: Re? ceipts at the pores, 50,000 bales; exports tn Great Britain, 37,000 bales; exp?rtate France, flUOO bales; exports to other foreign ports, 2000 bales; total exports, -14.000 bales." Relative to the probable suppiy, Mr. Wright ob? serves: " Until within a short time I believed that from peace to September 1, 1366, our total receipts might provo fully 2,100,000 bales. From information recently re? ceived I am satisfied that this is excossivo. I be gin ti Bee evidence that tho supply is becoming exhausted at many points. Tho rivers have been up for two weeks, and we haro received cotton from remote points, still eur total is less than last week or before. The supply from Mississippi and Louisiana is nearly all in, and thc Vicksburg boats bring hi but half cargoes. Tho various depot? in Alabama are no longer crowded with cotton, and the main riv -r delivers but a small portion of what is received at Mobile. In Texas, also, the railroads aro all clear of cotton. Under all the circumstances I arrive at the conclusion that the total, as above, will be rathor under than over 2,100,000 balos."
