Sunday while Mrs. Charlie Clink- ' scales and the Misses Wilson were re turning from church their horse be- I came frightened on the hill leading to < the iven midge over Kooky River, ran down the hill and against the bridge, throwing tbe ladies ont of the buggy and the buggy was torn to pieces. The horse then fell and was entangled in the harness. Mr. Enoch Nance, being near, came to their rescue, and while cutting the horse loose was kicked on bis head, inflicting a painful but not serious wound. The ladies escaped with a few slight bruises.
