A youth, who committed suicide twenty years ago, because a lovely being gave him the mitton, has been heard from through a medium. He says that when he ga/.es through the misty veil which divides life and death, and sees his old Hame now with her fourteen children lying around loose, while she cleans the house, he gets mad enough ut his folly to commit suicide again, and his greatest punishment is in the re tlcction that he can. Sometimes people wish their newspaper topped, and do not know exactly bow to ;et about it. Wc would suggest the follow ng plau : Find out what you owe and send hat amount to tho printer, requesting that he paper be stopped. If it continues to :onie. request the postmaster to return it md the trouble is at an end. Be sure not o get the matter reversed and send the japer bac'- b?r-?w you send the money. The law recognizes the fact that printers :.re a long-suffering class of people and .brows every possible safeguard around hem. It is for that reason that a man is adjudged guilty of fraud who subscribes For a paper, neglects to pay and orders it stopped while still in debt, as it also does one who, while having a paper sent him, changes bis pastofucc and leaves the paper Roing to the ofllcc without paying for it.
