Vf. Humphreys chairman and Vf. J. Ligon secret*, ry. The object of the meeting was explained to be the mnking of arrangements for the survivors' meeting to be held at Keys' Spring on thc 21ft July, mid the generaliz ing and enlarging of thc committee of ar rangements heretofore appointed. A gen eral interchange of views followed, expres sive of the approval and hearty co-opera tion of all present, and a determination to do all in their power to make the meeting a success.
