delegates, and' I am requested by the
State association to appoint them and
to furnish credentials. All persons
who desire appointment as delegates
should write me at once, for we have
only a limited number of places to fill.
Free entertainment will be provided

county. As many more can go as wish,
if they will look after providing their
own entertainment. In order to get
free entertainment, write personally to

or not later than the 10th of February.

Way, general secretary. Each delegate,
who desires a ticket at reduced
rates going home from the convention,
^ cannot get it without he or she has a
properly signed certificate from the
railway agent where the going ticket
was purchased. See to it yourself thai
the whole certificate is filled out, signed
and stamped by the home agent. If
this is not done, there will be no use
to try to get a refund of fare after
? the convention closes.
