Spartanburg special of June 10 to ^ Columbia State: As a sequel of Insurv anoe Commissioner McMaster's report upon the condition of the Mutual Fire Insurance company, doing business here, on petition of Stanyarne Wilson, attorney, S. M. Wetmore was today appointed receiver of the Carolina Mutual Fire Insurance company by Judge D. E. Hydrick. Mr. Wetmore qualified as receiver and is now in charge of the affairs of the company ^ and all assessments that are due will be paid to him. Unless payment is made legal steps will be taken to collect same. Mr. Wilson, in speaking of the receivership of the Carolina Mutual, stated that he appeared be fore Judge Hydrick and asked that a receiver be appointed in order to collect assessments due the company.
