The precinct election of delegates to the county convention will be held on SATURDAY, APRIL28TH, 1900, between the hours of 12 O'CLOCK, NOON, and 6 O'CLOCK P. M. For the purpose of conducting said preciuct elections, each member of the executive committee, or in the absence of such member the president or vice president of the club, will appoint THREE managers of election at and for their respective precincts. Said managers will take and subscribe to the usual oath to conduct said election fairly, honestly, and impartially, and they will administer to each voter an oath to the etfect that he is qualified to vote according to the rules of the Democratic party, and has not voted before in this election. All persons known to be Democrats may vote in said precinct election. Each precinct will elect a member to serve on the executive committee, and all other necessary officers to serve during the ensuing campaign.
