A Tornado's Fearful Work.-A Kansas City dispatch of Monday says that word has reached that city of the almost utter destruction of the town of Ninnescah, Kingman county, Kansas, on Saturday evening by a tornado. It had been * raining all day, and as evening approach- J ed the storm was seen approaching from the southwest. It struck the town and 1 destroyed everything in its path leaving only three houses standing in the whole N place. Two churches, five stores and fif- r teen houses were torn to pieces, and the a flying timbers killed three persons and I maimed seventeen others. We now give some pointers for that meal. For a long time it has been admitted that bread is the staff of life, and if it goes without that it should be as good as possible. For the mo9t fastidious persons, W6 keep j brands of Flour which are the most faultless products that modern civilization- can make of wheat. Such, for instance, as Patapsco, Superlative, Ballard's Obelisk, Luxury, Granona, tfcc. Then there are many persons who think that real good Flour is good enough, when they can save something in the price. For this large class of persons we can heartily recommend onr "F. F. V.," which is made of the best Virginia wheat, and only sold by us here. Prico $2.75, and often $1.00 better than some brands sold at only 25 cents less. Try it and you will continue to buy it.
