IIL The exemptions of Sections 1 and 2 of th L Act shall not extend to an attachment, levy or sa ^ on any mesne or final process issued to secure < enforce the payment of taxes or obligations coi tracted for the purchase of said homestead, or ol ligations contracted for: the erection of imnrov ments thereon: Provided, The Court or autnoril issuing said process shall certify thereon that tl same is issued for some one or more^and no othe of said purposes: Provided further, The yearly pn duct of said homestead shall be subject to attacl ment, levy and sale to secure or enforce the pa; ment of obligations contracted in the production i the same; but the Court issuingthe process ther for shall certify thereon that the same is issued fi said purpose, and no other. IV. The estate or right of homestead of the he? of any family existing at his death shall contim for the benefit of his widow and minor childrei and be held and enjoyed by them until the youn< est child is twenty-one years of age, and until tl marriage or death of the widow, and be limited j that period; but all the right, title and interest i the decased in the nremises in which such esta or right exists, except the estate of homestead thi continued, shall be subject to the lavs relating1 devise, descent, dower and sale, for payment debts against the estate of the deceased. V. When a widow or minor children are entitle to an estate of right of homestead as provided i the preceding section, the same may be set off i the parties entitled by the Judge of the Proba k Court, who shall appoint three disinterested pe sons resident in the county, who, having been du sworn, shall proceed to appraise and set out, 1 metes and bounds, such homestead, and make r turns thereof to nira. If no complaint shall 1 made against such appraisal and setting out of tl homestead within twenty days thereafter, by ai party interested therein, or any good cause appe to the contrary, the same shall be confirmed by tl Judge and ordered accordingly. VI. Appraisers appointed to set out the hom 6tead under this Act, shall receive as compensate two, dollars per day each for such services, and tl same shall be paid by the officer executing the pi cess out of the property of the debtor; or in ca of the homestead set out to a widow or min children, out of the estate of the deceased by tl executor or admiuistrator thereof.
