This projectile bas now been tested for the first titnie and is pronounoed a success. The experi ments were made by Colonel 'T. G. itylor, commanding the atsenal at this post, and a full repott will be forward to the Chief of Ordilanice. The principle on which this inpiove. ment is made is regardod a good one.
