We are sorry to learn that Mr Elvin Bosard, who was so severely burned by the recent firo which destroy od Mr. Boliver's mill, has since died of tho injuries there received. Tho other day a well dressed and respectable looking gentleman in paasing by a lady in the waiting room at the Depot waa forced into such close quar ters by the narrowness of the apartment thai he was arrested the next morning oa the charge of an assault with intent to commit a felony.
