There are few disputes in which both parties and their lawyers would not rather leave the decision to the beuch than to the jury-box. In the romsjjiing cases, let any party demanding a jury bo compelled to give security for the payment of a sum sufficient to lurnish ample remunera tion to those who may be compelled to give their valuable time to the task."
