Destructive Fire in Chester.? About one o'clock on the inoruiug of tho 23J, a fire broke out in the store of M. Iii Freidlerger & Co., in Chester, which destroyed property to tho amount of| 920,000, consuming the entire business portion of tho tuwu. The offico of the Chester Reporter wus aluong the build ings consumed, ouly the books nud n few ca.ses of type being waved. The colored people ure spoken of us having behaved nobly and by their exertion doing much to save the entire town from destruction.
