Ho was captured two days ago and was tried before a magistrate. He was lie d on two counts, burglary and attempted criminal assault. Threats of lynching wire mnde bj the white people. The negroes made threats that if Tabcr was harmed the> would burn the town. This dispute occurred yesterday at 2 o'clock.
