M. O April 9 1 TOWN ORDINANCE. An Ordinanoe to Raise Supplies An Ordinance to Raite Suppliet for the fieeal year commenting the 10th of September, 1879. Sect-tow 1. Be it ordained by the Intendant and Wardens of the Town of Union, in Council Assembled, and by authority of the same, That a tax of one mill upon every dollar of all Real Estate and Stook in Trade in the Town of Union, be and the same is hereby levied, to meet the ordinary expenses of the Municipal Qovernment of said Town, for the fiscal year commencing 10th September, 1879. 8bo. 2. That the sum of one dollar and a half is fixed as a commutation for Street or road duty, and the said sum is hereby required to be paiu oy emon ana every able-bodied male person between the ages of eighteen and fifty years, who reside within the oorporate limits of said Town. Also a License of $25,00 on each Agent of Fertilisers. 8bo. 8.
