Section 1. He it ordained by the Intendont and Wardens of (he Town of Union, iu Council Assembled, und by authority of the same. That a tax of oue mill upon every dollar of all Ileal Estate and Stock iu Trade iu the Town of Union, be and the same is hereby levied, to meet the ordiuary expenses of the Municipal Uoveruuient of said Town, for the fiscal year commencing 10th September, 1878. Sec. 2. That the sum of one dollar and a half is fixed as a commutation for Street or roa-l duty, and the said sum is hereby required to be paid by each and every able-bodied male person between the ages of eighteen and fifty years, who reside within the cooporatc limits of said Town. Sec. 3.
