The Late Thomas B. Waring. Ii. is with great regret, says the Charleston Courier^ that we announce the deatii of this most estimable citizen and gentlemau. Mr. Waring was largely and influentially connected. He has been taken away in the very prime of a useful life, all thc duties of which he has discharged with singular fidelity, and which procured him the esteem and cor sideration of the entire community. Mr. Waring was well koown for years as the cashier of the Bank ot the State. WI en this bank ceased its operations, hil? valuable services were immediately claimed as cashier ol the South Carolina Loan and Trust Company. Of the high est iutegrity, and of large financial ability he was equally esteemed in all the re? lations of life, and his death is a matter jf common loss and universal regret. Capt. Billa C. Green.
