The track and fair grounds are lot more than a quarter of a mile from the own limits and are easy of access. There wvill be an auction sale of stock on the 4rounds. Owners will have the right to make the starting bid, but no "by bid ting" will be allowed. A commission of live per cent. will be charged on all stock sold.
