BOUND OvER.--The case of the State vs. C. T. This is the case in which Mr. Martin shot Augustus Bradley and stabbed his son William M., the father and brother of Thomas Brad ley whom Mr. Martin was at the time attempting to arrest, on the 1st day of last September. Mr. Martin was bound over to the Court of Sessions in both cases. Justlice Nowbery also heard the ease of the State vs. W. R. Porter and Pinckney 'Freeman, charged with assault and'battery with intent to kill, who were with Mr. Martin, and became involved in the diffloulty. They were both bound over for their appearance at the Court of Sessions for trial. Of course the evi dence was all ex parte and we do not know what the defense will be, except the state ment made to us by Mr. Martin some time ago, which was at that time pub lished. The Bradleys have also been indicted by the State and had a prelim inary hearing before Trial Justice Gos sett at Easloy on Tuesday of last week. They were also bound over to the Court of Sessions.
