Young Smith was an employee of the company and lost his lifo when one of the large copper kettles used in ex tracting lanie acid from logs explod ed. The tenth annual meeting of the Woman's Missionary Union, Auxil iary to Beaverdain Association, will he held with the First Raptist church of Westminster on July 0th and 7th --just one month in which to round up our year's work. Are we going to face the new year as we did last year, with our apportionment not met? Not if we have been faithful to the trust committed unto us. In many respects this has been the best year in our history; hut our gifts are not what they should be. Christ said this thing ye ought to do and not leave the other undone. Dear leaders, if you have not met your apportionment, you can do won der fill things in the time that yet re mains. Make a strong pull and grip firmly the promises of God and the goal is ours. June 3.-The residence of Abe Ryttenberg was entored last night some Hmo between 8.80 and 10 o'clock, while Mr. and Mrs. Ryt tenberg were at a picture show, and the thiof got away with about $1,200 worth of jewelry.
