The Misses Ballenger charmingly entertained the young ladles of the community last Wednesday after noon at 3 o'clock at a Priscilla party. The house was beautifully decorated In cut flowers. West minster, spent the week-end with her cousin, Miss Lynn Vernor. J. D. McMahan and son Jefferson spent last Sunday with Edgar and David McMahan at Clemson College. Miss Rosa Ray, of Commerce, Qa., arrived Saturday and will open school here to-day. She is board ing with Mrs. S. H. Coe. Mrs. G. M.
