Tho president being absent, the Clrclo was called to order by the callable and well be loved vice president, Mrs. W. L. Vernor. A very interesting program on Dutch and Quaker colonies was carried out. Readings by Mesdames Um berger and Darby, Misses Smith and Ansel were enjoyed. After the business in 'eting adjourned dainty booklets wore distributed among tho guests and for an hour tho attention of those present was riveted on an swering some sixteen questions con cerning geography.
