Thal it shall be unlawful to nina horse or mule on .Main street, and any person or persons so do ing shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. SUCTION 'A. That it shall be a misde meanor for any person or persons lo rut trees on any streets of thc 'own. SUCTION il. That it shall be unlawful for any person or persons to injure any shade trees by hi'ehing horses, mules or other live stock thereto, or otherwise committing any ucl winch is calculated to injure said trees. SKCTION I. That il shall be unlawful to leave melon rinds or ol ber such trash oil thu streets and any person or persons sodium";, who shall refuse to remove thc same on request of the Mayor or Marshal, shall be guilty of a misde meanor.
