The facts, as far as ascertained, arc as follows ; Bluckwcll had sold Hughes a negro who belonged to the estate of L. Having succeeded in finding Black well, a difficulty ensued, and llughcs received a ball from a weapon in the hands of Blaekwell which almost instantly caused his death. Blaekwcll has not yet been arrested.
